- Minimum 2+ years of Behavior Heath Unit experience - Required
- Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - may be asked to assist
- Supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment - Required
- Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients- Required
- De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications- Preferred
- Cerner experience
