DescriptionPer Diem Surgical Physician Assistant – Northern Dutchess HospitalThe Surgical PA Service at Northern Dutchess Hospital is seeking to add a board-certified per diem Physician Assistant to join its team. We are a hospital-based group that offers a supportive and team-based environment with exposure to multiple surgical subspecialties. Responsibilities currently include OR first assist coverage as well as perioperative management of patients on the general surgery service.OR First Assisting- Surgical PA Services first assist in the OR for specialties including but not limited to general, plastic, spine, bariatric and OB/GYN cases.Rounding- Surgical PA's round on general surgery patients daily.
