About Us
With energy and purpose, Cooley Dickinson Health Care, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, is advancing health care in western Massachusetts. With a broad network of providers and facilities serving the Pioneer Valley, our services span a spectrum of medical and surgical needs, diagnostic care, rehabilitation, social work, behavioral health, and other critical needs of the community.
The Cooley Dickinson culture is built on living the values of our organization. Every employee is valued, no matter what professional function. Come work where you can make a difference every day, with opportunities for growth and development, in a great place to call home!
Our Float Pool Model
Our Float Pool team is a group of employees who are specially trained and readily available to seamlessly assimilate and stabilize clinical operations within our practices. We cover gaps due to unexpected call outs, long-term leaves, planned vacations, staffing vacancies, etc. This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously to the top of your education/certification while also functioning as part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate profile is an adaptable RN who is confident in their clinical abilities and genuinely enjoys variety. Dedicated to phone triage, this Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.
Are you ready to experience different practice environments, bring your talent to this team, and join us in driving medicine forward?
