Join our culture of caring and make a positive and lasting impact on health care for millions.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. **Candidate must be within a commutable distance to Redlands CA****Primary Responsibilities:**+ Conducts needs assessments, establishes priorities, designs, implements, and evaluates basic health education programs, protocols, & standards+ Meet with current and potential employer groups to promote wellness services and determine potential interest+ Develop and design comprehensive employer wellness programs to meet clients' needs and budget+ Organize and implement comprehensive health education and preventative programs to external customers, including voluntary organizations, charitable concerns, and senior groups and key business accounts+ Effectively evaluate all programs and meet with clients to demonstrate effectiveness+ Effectively manage all clients needs providing premium customer service+ Deliver consistent high-level wellness offerings to community organizations+ Provides direct group or one on one-health education services to members and the public. Reviews, develops, and recommends high quality, culturally appropriate written and audiovisual health education materials+ Consults with physicians and staff regarding related health education services. Coordinates health information projects such as program catalogs, newsletter, informational displays and community health events+ Prepares reports, grants, proposals, and documentation as assigned. Participates in establishing department strategic goals and priorities. Residents Only:** The hourly range for this role is $28.03 to $54.95 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
