Location: Houston, Texas, United States

Type: Hybrid

Salary Range: $123,000 - $145,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented leader to manage subscription and performance initiatives for our Distributed Generation (DG) and Community Solar (CS) portfolios. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, operations, and customer management. Key Responsibilities

Subscription Management:

  • Establish and oversee a robust portfolio management program to achieve subscription rate targets.
  • Manage customer enrollments and adjustments for 200+ solar projects, ensuring accuracy and prioritization based on project needs.
  • Analyze customer mix strategies to reduce attrition and optimize replacement costs.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor subscription percentages, identifying trends and collaborating with teams to enhance retention.
  • Develop strategies to optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and improve transfer metrics.
  • Create performance dashboards and compliance reports to track KPIs and meet regulatory standards.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses of product or contract size changes to maximize profitability.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or financial operations, with supervisory expertise.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint; coding skills (SQL, Python) are a plus.
