Overview The Performance Improvement (PI) Analyst at Beebe Healthcare supports efforts to enhance operational efficiency and patient care quality. This position involves contributing to performance improvement projects, leveraging data analysis and process improvement methodologies to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation across the organization. Working closely with the Operational Performance Improvement team, the PI Analyst helps track key performance indicators and measure the impact of process changes, playing a vital role in Beebe's Lean program. Collaboration is key, as the PI Analyst works with healthcare professionals, department leaders, and senior staff to understand challenges and contribute to the development of solutions. By supporting operational improvement initiatives, the analyst contributes to enhancing operations, improved patient care, and improved financial outcomes. This role also involves assisting with change management initiatives to help ensure successful implementations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to Beebe's Director of Operational Performance Improvement, the PI Analyst is an important contributor to the organization's mission of delivering operational excellence. Responsibilities 1. Utilize data analysis to help identify improvement opportunities across Beebe Healthcare. 2. Assist in the execution of performance improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members. 3. Leads performance improvement initiatives aimed at achieving significant cost savings for the organization. 4. Support Lean initiatives by participating in process improvement activities to reduce waste, streamline workflows, and enhance quality. 5. Help track and measure the impact of process changes and key performance indicators. 6. Assist with the coordination of projects to ensure timely completion, helping to keep tasks on schedule and within scope. 7. Provide support to colleagues involved in Beebe's Lean Six Sigma, project management, and performance improvement efforts. 8. Contribute to building relationships across departments to help identify operational challenges and potential solutions. 9. Support change management efforts by helping to coordinate and communicate process improvements to relevant stakeholders. 10. Assist in identifying barriers to success and work with the team to find creative solutions. 11. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1. Ability to work onsite in Lewes, Delaware for at least 3 days per week 2. 0-3 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, project management or related areas (healthcare setting preferred). • Lean Six Sigma training or certification (e.g., yellow belt, green belt) is a plus. 3. Basic understanding of project management principles and change management concepts. 4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at different levels. 5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, DOMO, etc.). 6. Eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to take initiative on tasks with guidance from senior team members. 7. Ability to adapt to new challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
