About the Role:As the Global Performance & Insights Lead, you'll be the go-to person for everything related to performance and insights across e-commerce and marketing. You'll collaborate with e-commerce, digital sales, marketing, and UX teams based in the US, Belgium, and India, to define key performance indicators (KPIs), set ambitious targets, and continuously improve outcomes across the board. Your insights will help guide the E-commerce & Marketing strategy and fuel TVH's growth.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESYou'll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:
- Define & Manage KPIs: Work with cross-functional teams to develop performance metrics for marketing, customer experience, and e-commerce. Set tough but achievable targets and coach teams to meet and exceed them.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Lead a team of 4 analysts to deliver actionable insights, reports, and dashboards that guide & support the E-commerce & Marketing department. Work closely with data engineers to make sure any data product your team delivers is set up correctly.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Provide performance insights that guide leadership decisions, pinpointing opportunities for growth in marketing and e-commerce.
- Project Performance: Assess and report on the performance of various projects, offering recommendations and ensuring alignment across multiple steering committees.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present key findings and performance updates to senior management and C-level leaders, building a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with digital marketing, sales, and senior leadership teams to identify data needs and align on strategic goals.
HOW TO SUCCEEDWe're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proficient in business intelligence (BI) systems and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google BigQuery, QlikView, and others.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in managing projects related to dashboard development, data source creation, and real-time reporting for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and strategic mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to optimize performance and drive company growth.
