Job Type Full-timeDescriptionJob Purpose: As part of GSM's Marketing and E-commerce team, the Performance Marketing Specialist will work closely with other marketing team members and various internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement best-practice marketing, merchandising strategies and paid media tactics to drive direct to consumer traffic, awareness, and increase revenue for a set of GSM brands and websites. An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation. Summary of Essential Job Duties:
- Execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic networks to drive e-commerce sales
- Optimize paid search, social, video, display and CTV campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Develop and manage keyword strategies for search engine marketing (SEM).
- Assist in the creation of ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with outdoor enthusiasts and drive engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities and addressing challenges to maintain efficiency and ROI.
- Create reporting dashbaords using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and internal reporting platforms.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor campaigns, and seasonal outdoor activity patterns to inform marketing strategies.
- Traffic text, display and video ads for multiple brands and platforms
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and best practice.
- Suggest website enhancements to enhance product selling.
- Suggest product promotions to maximize product sell through based on performance marketing data.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
