Ranked one of the top 100 top RIAs by Barron's & Forbes and headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey with several regional offices across the country, Summit Financial LLC is a ~$10 billion independent advisory firm that has been providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals for over 40 years.

Summit is looking to add an additional member for team that maintains and supports the performance reporting software (Addepar). Addepar software is used to provide clients with performance reporting and analysis on their investment portfolio. The Addepar support team is part of the Summit operations department. This is not an IT or programming position.

Experience using Addepar or similar performance reporting software (Advent, Orion, Albridge, Black Diamond, etc.) is a plus. Experience in financial institution operations (billing, account onboarding) is a plus.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintaining data integrity; includes monitoring/setting up financial data feeds, reconciling & validating account transactions and general data errors, manually inputting or importing data, etc
  • Provide support to Addepar users, including fixing errors, explaining metrics, and interacting w/ Addepar Support if need be
  • Interacting w/ other Departments/Sub-Departments to assist with Addepar-related items
  • Onboarding new advisor teams onto platform
  • Developing and creating pre-set, client-facing report sections for firm-wide use
  • Assist with long-term projects to enhance Addepar's utility

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • College Degree
  • Someone experienced in onboarding new advisor teams onto performance platform
  • Minimum 3-5 years supporting and maintaining reporting platforms akin to Addepar (performance reporting, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced/Expert level Microsoft Office skills; emphasis on Excel.
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of personalities.
  • High level of organizational skills & detail-oriented
