This posting may be used to fill multiple roles.Position Summary / PurposeInternally classified as Performance Transformation Catalyst, this role will function as a subject matter expert to analyze current processes or performance and utilized systematic methods to identify improvementsâ. Assist or lead in designing, modeling and implementing new or modified business process solutions to deliver a leaner and more efficient business while maintaining and improving service delivery.Job Duties / ResponsibilitiesDevelop problem statements, define business objectives and develop problem-solving approaches for large-scale transformational and process improvement efforts and initiatives.Drive the development and implementation of overarching continuous improvement roadmap(s) and plans designed to deliver measurable resultsDesigns processes that enable endâtoâend value delivery and optimize efficiencyDevelop performance indicators that drive performance transparency and continuous improvementDevelop business cases for continuous improvement opportunities and present to senior management for approvalUtilize process improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) and related skills to facilitate end-to-end process mapping sessions, perform gap analyses and drive teams to re-design processes to be more efficient, including the application of technology for further automation and the development of related performance management measuresWork closely with others in the organization to develop problem solving skills and to learn and understand CI methodologies, tools and processes.Develop designs and models to implement new or modified business processes and organizational structures to deliver a leaner, more efficient business while maintaining and improving service deliveryDevelop quantitative analyses, ad-hoc reports and models to measure performance of the improvement throughout its life cycle. Provide regular status updates to stakeholder and escalate issues as necessary.Minimum Requirements:Education Required:Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experienceExperience Required:Performance Transformation Catalyst: 6+ years of related experience.Performance Transformation Catalyst Senior: 8+ years of related experience.Performance Transformation Catalyst Senior Staff: 10+ years of related experience.Skills/Behaviors Required:Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact, communicate and work with diverse groups of people to build strong relationships and influence successful outcomes.Strong knowledge of how to leverage performance metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities and measure business results.Ability to deal with and think through ambiguity, complex issues, competing priorities and make thoughtful recommendations.Understands how to choose the right problem-solving methods and tools for the problem at hand Self-starter who is able to work independently, manages time effectively and takes ownership of results.Ability to use statistical analysis techniques & tools (e.g., Minitab or other).The ability to coach and mentor others is desired.#LI-RM1FLSA Status:Relocation Option: No Relocation OfferedUnion description/code:Number of Openings: 1Req ID: 116314Travel Percentage:25% to 50%An Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Disability/Vets.
