About the Role - Ideal Candidate - Director of Surgical Services Responsibilities - CA Leadership experience, CA RN license Director-level experience in acute care inpatient surgical services Good relationships with Surgeons Experience with contracts and productivity Strategic level experience Qualifications - Director of Surgical Services - Experience, Education, and Training Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University, Nursing Master's degree from an accredited College or University in Healthcare field Five (5) to Seven (7) years of clinical experience in Surgical Services as a Registered Nurse Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing leadership experience in Surgical Services Required Skills - Director of Surgical Services - Certifications, Licenses Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification through the American Heart Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification through the American Heart Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification through the American Heart Association is preferred Specialty Certification preferred Pay range and compensation package - $170,000 to $210,000 and relocation consideration.
