Hourly Pay: BR Annual Salary: BR,806.40 Physical Therapist Duties: As part of the rehabilitation team, diagnoses and treats individuals of all ages who have medical problems or other health-related conditions that limit their abilities to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. Examines each individual and develops a plan using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Coordinates, supervises, and delegates to supportive staff including Physical Therapist Assistant and Rehab aide. Communicates the organization's vision within rehab team and interactions with patients; aligns work efforts to support its fulfillment. Performs other duties as assigned at the direction of the Rehabilitation Manager or Director.

- Provides age-appropriate care/service; applies knowledge of expected norms during implementation of care/service (i.e. - industry standards, lab values/norms, assessment, etc); applies new data/knowledge to improve care/service (ie. incorporates newly learned information to job tasks);Integrates technical, psychological, social, intellectual, and physical skills.

- BLS Certification - Required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or MS in Physical Therapy issued by State of New Hampshire, or qualified to take New Hampshire written licensing examination for physical therapists as evidence by letter or statement signed by authorized New Hampshire physical therapy licensing official - Required
