NOW OFFERING AN UP TO BR,000 SIGN-ON BONUS****(Sign-on Bonus Payment Schedule: BR,000 on first check, BR,500 after 6 months, BR,500 after 1 year)Salary Expectations: BR/hour - BR/hour (***willing to accommodate higher salary requests for a candidate with significant experience)In collaboration with the Nurse Manager of the Birthing Suite, the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Medical Officer of Monadnock Community Hospital as well as the Pediatricians, Obstetricians, and OB nursing staff, the Perinatal Safety Nurse/Clinical Leader will assist with and oversee the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of a comprehensive interdisciplinary Perinatal Quality and OB Education Program. They will also ensure that patient safety is considered the number one priority above cost, productivity and convenience in all decisions that affect patients. Lastly, the Perinatal Safety Nurse-Clinical Leader will maintain knowledge of national standards and guidelines for Obstetric care as well as the principles and practice of safety science. The Perinatal Safety Nurse-Clinical Leader will assist with the ongoing yearly OB staff education necessary for staff to maintain their skills and competencies in Labor and Delivery. This individual will oversee the orientation and education of any new hires and set up the necessary Skills days and Simulations throughout the year to meet National Patient Safety Goals.
