An independent practice in south-central Florida with an opening for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join their team.Reside in a family-friendly community with plenty of outdoor boating, fishing, and hiking activities.Position Overview:
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts Monday-Thursday and 8a-12p on Friday
- Shared call, 1:8 weeks
- Focus on patient care and keeping them out of hospitals
- Patient Population: 18+
- Daily Volume: 20-25 patients
- 1 MD & 6 NPs
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Must be board-certified
- Will consider new grads

- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Active unencumbered NP Florida state license
- Graduate from a fully accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- One year of work experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- One year of Epic experience
- Board Certified
