Job Description:
Correctly apply for, purchase, and close out building permits for all locations. This position is responsible for reviewing city inspection requirements and helping to advise our production staff to ensure compliance with city regulations for our builds/projects. You will receive correction notices and relay information from inspectors back to our production team to ensure a solution is found.Responsibilities:
  • Apply for building permits.
  • Review city inspection requirements and advise production staff.
  • Upload building permits into the CRM and apply payments.
  • Upload and review subcontractor crew photos.
  • Schedule material return pickups as requested and communicate timelines with the customer. Follow up with the suppliers to ensure the material was picked up.
  • Work independently and proactively.
  • Provide correction notice details to Production when received.Benefits:
