Permit Coordinator
PrideStaff is seeking a motivated Permit Coordinator to support our client's commercial pool construction business. Shift/Hours: Part Time Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr. DOE Location: Fort Myers, FL
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all permit-related inquiries, coordinating with municipalities and health departments throughout Florida.
- Assist the Lead Estimator in administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering calls, managing emails, and organizing documents.
- Facilitate the permitting process for all projects, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Dropbox extensively for data management and file organization.
- Embrace a learning mindset, being open to making mistakes and using them as opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the team to streamline the permitting process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
