ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Primary responsibilities include building relationships with clients and prospects to exceed their service level expectations, while managing their business permits and insurance needs.
* Accurate data entry of daily Permit transactions.
* Timely respond to customers questions or concerns regarding their services / permits
* Daily processing and closing of monetary transactions and end of day reports
* Process: New Permits (Foreign & Domestic), EIN Numbers, 2290, Fines NEGOTIOATIONS & Fine payments, US Decals, Tx Diesel Report Mx carrier, TX NAFTA Annual Permit License Plates , Process Oklahoma Registration & License Plates, IFTA Quarters, Permit Renewals, Permit Reinstatement, Update Permits, Scan Permits when received and Notify Clients for Pick up, AND Assist FMCSA Agents with information Regarding Carriers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* 2-3 Yrs+ Customers service experience
* 2 Yrs+ Cash handling, End of Day close out
* Clear Extensive Criminal History
* Clear Scofflaw Financial Responsibility
* High School , GED or Compatible Certification
PREFERRED SKILLS
* 40 WPM+
* 1-2 years Computer Application, multi-software experience
* Microsoft Office Word, Excel Knowledge and point-of-sale (cash register)
* Experience with multiline telephone
* Fluent Bilingual
* Multi-tasker, in a fast-paced environment

Must have clean driving record
Must clear mandatory background criminal history
