I am a entrepreneur and love coach, specializing in helping professional women find lasting love through my coaching programs, retreats, and signature events like Wanted Woman Live. I'm also the founder of the Real Love Network and a bestselling author. Balancing a business with family life is at the core of who I am, and I'm seeking a proactive, organized assistant to help keep everything running smoothly.
At home, I'm supported by my amazing husband, Andy, a Business Storytelling Coach who helps entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals leverage the power of storytelling to grow their businesses and inspire action. Andy's work takes him across the country to speak, coach, and lead workshops, adding another layer of excitement and complexity to our busy schedules.
Together, we are raising our young child (age 8) while managing demanding careers, frequent travel, and a bustling household. We are looking for someone who can step in as a trusted partner to support our professional and personal lives at be in person appx 2 days a week. Tuesday and Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Business Support:Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing events such as Wanted Woman Live, retreats, and workshops, including researching venues, coordinating vendors, and managing logistics.
- Administrative Tasks: Organize calendars, manage email communications, and coordinate scheduling for business appointments.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research for projects, potential partners, and event opportunities, presenting findings clearly and concisely.
- System Management: Develop and maintain organizational systems to streamline both personal and professional tasks.
- Travel Management:Coordinate business and family travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Create comprehensive itineraries to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Troubleshoot travel issues and make necessary adjustments promptly.
- Household Support:Provide light household support, such as tidying, organizing, and managing household supplies.
- Assist with errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and appointment scheduling.
- Offer occasional babysitting and childcare, fostering a safe and engaging environment for our child.
- Liaise with household staff or service providers, such as cleaners or contractors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role supporting busy professionals or families.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in tech tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana), and online research tools.
- Experience working with children is a plus.
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented.
