Our client, a private retired couple based in The Woodlands/Houston, TX, and New York, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to manage their day-to-day needs and properties. This full-time position is primarily based at their Houston home but includes some hybrid remote work as well as travel. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Personal Assistant, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing shifting priorities.

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize emails, appointments, and detailed travel arrangements.
- Assist with financial and administrative tasks, including paying and organizing bills and managing a small number of entities.
- Coordinate renovations and property management for multiple homes, including material selections and contractor follow-ups.
- Provide proactive organizational support, such as decluttering spaces (e.g., the attic) and maintaining household systems.
- Assist with managing some LLCs and handling documentation for any rental properties.
- Familiarize yourself with the familys extended network to anticipate needs and align with their preferences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant with property management preferred. Previous EA experience is a plus!
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Experience coordinating renovations and working with contractors.
- Tech-savvy and skilled in managing digital communications and schedules.
- Familiarity with HNW households and estate planning is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (40 hours a week with some flexibility required)
Location: The Woodlands/Houston, TX (onsite, with some hybrid remote work available when they are traveling)
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 DOE
