Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant at ICNA Relief USA. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and performing various clerical tasks. This role will require you to work primarily from our New Hyde Park, NY office, with the possibility of some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in diary management and scheduling
  • Proficiency in clerical skills, such as record-keeping and data entry
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
