Job Description:

A leading property management team for a private family is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Assistant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within a fast-paced, expanding organization. The ideal candidate will be humble, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of work quality.

This role involves working across multiple properties as part of a large team, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities, from high-level projects to day-to-day operational tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with heavy inventory project work, requiring meticulous attention to detail
  • Supporting team members across multiple properties, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Adapting to rapid organizational growth and associated challenges
  • Maintaining high levels of communication within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Prioritizing and managing a diverse workload with constantly changing daily tasks
  • Occasional on-site presence at residential properties as needed
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement while being open to guidance and instruction
  • Participating in training sessions and contributing to process improvements
  • Supporting inventory management initiatives
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as assigned

Additional Information:

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 5 days in-person at our Upper West Side office
  • Flexible weekend availability as needed
  • Some travel required to other New York properties
