Location: Palm Beach, FL

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 + Benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (with flexibility as needed)

We are seeking a highly qualified Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high-net-worth individual. This role requires a 24/7 mindset and expertise in high-level house management, offering the opportunity to oversee a variety of tasks, from vendor management to travel preparations, ensuring the smooth operation of the household.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise vendors and household staff.
  • Handle calendar management and monitor emails for the principal.
  • Organize home and storage units, ensuring all items are properly maintained.
  • Track household supplies, clothing, and personal items, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with concierge services, such as gifting, running errands, and travel preparations (packing and unpacking).
  • Organize trips and events to ensure smooth execution.
