Our client is searching for an experienced and hands-on Personal Assistant in Soho, New York. This unique position offers a hybrid work environment, encompassing both remote work and on-site responsibilities at the couple's residence. The role involves occasional travel to the family's secondary residence in Montana. Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for the couple.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including scheduling and reservations
- Organize and maintain efficient communication between New York City and Montana locations
- Assist with entertaining and managing social calendars
- Handling household inventory.
- Handling laundry and wardrobe
- Light housekeeping and organization to ensure the household is in order
- Creating flower arrangements
- Provide butler-like attention to home detail and care
- Care for the couple's small dog, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be local to Soho (within a 10-20 minute commute).
- 5+ years of experience as an Assistant.
- Adaptability to travel between New York City and Montana as required
- Proficiency in Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate the needs of the couple
- Loyalty, professionalism, and 24/7 mentality.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
