Job Description:

Uphold the highest level of confidentiality, honesty, and integrity, and represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.Core Technology Competencies: Must be able to use a tablet for work purposes and be able to complete all necessary paperwork.General Requirements: Commitment and desire to provide excellent service to all clients and aging community members, including those with physical and intellectual disabilities. Maintain predictable and regular attendance, work stated hours, communicate, comprehend and follow company and Day Center policies and procedures. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all staff. Willing and able to maintain continual yearly educational requirements (CEU's). Ability to satisfactorily perform all job responsibilities and meet the physical requirements. All employees must possess and maintain a Valid Ohio Driver's License, as well as the minimum auto insurance coverage for Ohio (must be able to provide proof upon request). When using your personal vehicle for work-related purposes, you are required to maintain valid insurance, and your personal insurance will be condisered the primary coverage in the event of any incident.Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:• Minimum 1 year of caregiving and/or home health experience.• High school graduate or equivalent. • Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
