Have the ability to work positively with students, teachers and parents Excellent communication skills Experience working with students with special needs Experience working with elementary school students preferred Training in Crisis Prevention Intervention preferred (will train if necessary) Willingness to work as part of a team of professionals Responsibilities: Provide individual student support in a Least Restrictive Environment. Provide assistance with toileting. Assist students with medical needs. Document student behavior on a daily basis.
