Personal Care Aide |NOC Shift

Wage: $17.00 - $22.00/Hour

Shift:10p - 6:30a - 7 days a week

Work Location:Facility Based

CNA experience preferred or a minimum of 6 months caregiving experience with geriatrics

As a Personal Care Aide, heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

• Providepersonal care and support services to seniors living in an independent living facility
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

A few must-haves for Personal Care Aides:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• CNA License in CA or Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen
• Valid CA drivers license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
