Qualifications:
- We accept PCA, HHA, CHHA's, and CNA certifications for this position.

- We will also consider non-certified individuals with personal care experience**

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Pre-employment physical required
- Proof of MMR vaccination
- Successfully pass NYS DOH background check
- Must have reliable transportation
