The direct care team member is responsible for providing the hand's on care, both physical and emotional, as outlined in each resident's service plan. The direct team member is also responsible for ensuring that light housekeeping, laundry, and dining support are also completed. Direct team members assist with social activities and outings, therefore becoming part of the resident's extended family by providing resident-centered care.
