This position is contingent on a contract award. This position requires a Top Secret SCI polygraph clearance. This position supports a government intelligence customer. Personnel on this contract provide health, safety, and related services that directly support the intelligence mission and improve the well-being of the customer's workforce domestically who are operating in a fast moving and high stress environment. This effort will be responsible for a wide range of activities designed to protect the safety and health of Agency employees, to include, but not limited to a variety of training and health promotion activities, in-person fitness classes, a pharmacy program, allergy, and condition maintenance programs, and/or surge vaccine support.
- Assists with performing activities of daily living, for employees with disabilities (e.g., printing, faxing, feeding, personal hygiene, removing or putting on clothing, using the restroom, transporting in a wheelchair, escorting around the office, etc.)
- Assists with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
- Provides services to individuals in order to complete daily tasks in their work environment in a safe and professional manner.
- Provides support, encouragement and companionship by engaging individuals in activities.
- Documents services delivered in accordance with policy and procedure.
- May be expected to perform some administrative duties as needed.
- Interacts with other providers and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Maintains clear communication with patients and the team.
- Ensures continuity of care for patients.
- All other duties as assigned.
Other Job Requirements Responsibilities 2+ years experience as a nursing assistant or relevant experience. Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), certified PCA or similar required. Possession of a current Top Secret/SCI with a polygraph clearance is required. Caring and compassionate. Motivated to help others. Ability to read, write, and analyze/evaluate medical charts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task.
