Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in our assisted living neighborhood. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA (just off the Route 309 Spring House exit). Part-time 7am-11am, 3pm-7pmWE WILL TRAIN YOU to become a Medication Technician! Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will provide personal care in accordance with the residents care plan, including assisting with basic hygiene and grooming needs (bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.). Provides medication administration and/or reminders in accordance with policies and procedures. Assists the Life Enrichment team members with activities and special events.

Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No experience required! We are willing to train you to be a great caregiver!
  • Completion of the DHS 6-hour Direct Care training course (must be completed online within the first week of employment)
  • Completion of the DHS Medication Administration course (must be completed within the first 30 days of employment at the community)
  • CPR and first aid certified or willingness to become certified
