Description
*****NEW Higher Start Rates***** Join an organization where we actually encourage you to spend a little extra time building warm, friendly relationships with the older adults we serve. At Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, we want our PCAs to build those relationships and create meaningful moments while they provide direct care. Travel back in time as you listen to our residents' life stories about their careers, families, and hobbies – some have fought in wars, others have fought for civil rights. These relationships are why families and residents love and treasure our PCAs. Join our accredited, award-winning organization that offers a wide range of living and care options. You'll make a positive impact on the lives of older adults every day. In our personal care communities, you will work in a home-like environment that enables older adults to live their lives to the fullest in an atmosphere of dignity, independence, and choice.

- Accompanying residents to and from the dining room, various appointments, and activities when necessary to ensure safety and timely arrival, conducting planned and spontaneous activities with residents to encourage socialization and promote self-esteem.
