Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska, a Leidos QTC Health Services affiliated medical professional corporation, has a need for a Personal Care Assistant who is an experienced care giver seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting the medical services for an Intelligence Community customer located in Virginia. *Applicants will need to possess or be able to obtain Top Secret Government Clearance before starting.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to employees with disabilities or injuries in performing their daily work (e.g. feeding, personal hygiene, removing or putting on clothing, using the restroom, transporting in a wheelchair, escorting around the office, etc.)
- Provides support, encouragement and companionship by engaging individuals in activities
- Documents services delivered in accordance with policy and procedure
- May be expected to perform some administrative duties as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Experience Requirements: (includes certificate & licenses)
- One of the following certifications is required
- PCA-Personal Care Assistant certification
- HHA-Home Health Aide certification
- CNA-Certified Nurse Assistant
- 2+ years applicable experience as a personal care assistant
- High School degree or GED
- Must be able to work an 8 hour shift within the hours of 630A-430P
