As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and emotional support to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being.Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients- Assist with meal preparation and feeding- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing- Accompany clients to appointments and social events- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to healthcare professionals- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care and progressRequirementsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role preferred- Knowledge of basic personal care and hygiene practices- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals- Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license- Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningIf you are a caring and compassionate individual who enjoys helping others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Personal Care Assistant.Salary Description $21.00
