Job Description:
As a Personal Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals in a residential setting. This role requires compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for our clients.Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication administration.
  • Assisting with meal planning and preparation.
  • Monitoring and documenting clients' health and well-being.
  • Assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation:The compensation for this position ranges from $19 to $23 per hour.Benefits:
