Job Summary:Performs personal assistance service tasks as assigned under a clients care plan.Assists the client with the performance of activities of daily living and household tasks necessary to promote independence and quality of life.Maintain the client in a clean, sanitary, and safe environment.Job Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age.Be neither the legal nor foster parent of the minor child receiving services.Not be the spouse of the client (not applicable to the Family Care Program)Not be listed as Do Not Hire by the clients Case Manager.Able to perform all daily activity tasks and safely operate household appliances.Physically able to assist clients with personal care tasks.
