Attention all Administrators! A leading Personal Care Home in your area is seeking a highly motivated, organized and compassionate individual to join our team as an Administrator.
As the Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our Personal Care Home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. You will work closely with staff, residents and families to develop and implement policies and procedures that support our mission.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing all aspects of the Personal Care Home's operations, including staffing, financial management, and regulatory compliance
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Ensuring the provision of high-quality care and services to our residents
Developing and implementing policies and procedures that support our mission and values
The ideal candidate will have:
A Personal Care Administrator License (PCHA).
At least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in the healthcare industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to providing high-quality care to senior
