That's why you'll bring to your role the following set of qualifications: 1-High school diploma or GED; 2-Certified State Tested Nursing Assistant with the State of Ohio without any board actions; 3-one year of experience preferred; 4-Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPNA) preferred, required within two years of employment; 5-Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care. 6-Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather. 7-Valid Driver's license with Safe Driving Record. 8-State minimum automobile insurance coverage.At Ohio's Hospice, we value our team, our mission, and the community we have the honor to serve.
