Monday through Sunday 7am-11am and 8pm-11pm.POSITION PURPOSEAs a Personal Caregiver, you will be asked to assist our client with IHSS HMA services, thus supporting PASCO's mission, vision, and promise of putting families first. Caregivers working with the HMA services assist with skilled health-related activities typically provided by a certified or licensed attendant, (e.g. CNA). In IHSS, the Nurse Practice Act has been waived so that members have the flexibility to hire and train staff without certifications or licensure. Services include health care tasks related to care for the skin, nails, or mouth, dressing, feeding, toileting, exercise, transferring, medical management, or respiratory care. This position will provide daily support to a female individual with disabilities assisting with transfers, bathing, dressing, mobility, activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, hygiene, transfers, feeding, respiratory care, positioning, bladder/bowel care, hair, nails, mouth care, medication assistance, accompaniment, and exercise.PREMIUM BENEFITS (if eligible)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Assist with bathing- assist client with bathing and hygiene which could include skin care, nail care, mouth care
- Transfers - assist client with transfers (cradle-carry)
- Medication Reminders - provide reminder to client to take medications
POSITION INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Prior home health experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Able to access app on mobile phone for timekeeping
- must be ok with cats in home (no cat allergies)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Stamina to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Mobility to bend, stoop, kneel, twist at hips
- Visual and auditory acuity to assess needs and respond promptly.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions given by client
