Position Responsibilities: As a Caregiver with FirstLight Home Care, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients while adhering to our company's Core Values: Focus on Relationships First, Act with Integrity, Give Joy, Grow Together, and Make a Difference Every Day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide personalized, non-medical care aligned with clients' Service Plan/Care Plan.
  • Engage clients in companion care activities, including conversation, light housekeeping, meal prep, and more.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
  • Efficiently manage time using designated systems.
  • Accurately document tasks and communicate per company policies.
  • Monitor and promptly report any changes in clients' condition to supervisors.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and unusual incidents.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and service evaluations.
  • Stay updated on relevant technology advancements.
  • Support and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
