We're looking for a talented Plaintiff Attorney in St. Louis, MO with 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury law. You'll be responsible for handling complex personal injury cases, representing clients, and advocating for their rights.
What You Will Be Doing
- You'll be an advocate for people and families in the most difficult times of their lives
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct depositions
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Personal injury experience, particularly asbestos, experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
- Admitted to practice law in Missouri
