RESPONSIBILITIES Review case files and approve demand letters. Follow up with adjusters regarding demands and pending offers. Negotiate with insurance adjusters to secure maximum settlements for clients. Work with medical providers to negotiate equitable resolutions for medical bills. Regularly update clients on their case status. Log all offers and maintain accurate records. Scan client documents into the cloud-based database. Prepare precise settlement statements. Keep detailed and organized case notes in the database. Handle a high volume of cases efficiently. Assist with legal tasks such as Discovery, Complaint preparation, and Mediation. Research state laws pertaining to personal injury claims. Interview clients about their injuries and collect necessary medical and insurance documents. Review police reports and witness statements. Sort and scan incoming mail to the appropriate records in the case management system. Support attorneys and team members with additional tasks as needed.
