Position Overview: The Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring highly qualified legal professionals (Paralegals, Attorney's, Legal Assistants, Case Managers, etc.). to meet our company's staffing needs. This position requires a deep understanding of the legal industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for legal roles and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various legal positions, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other legal support staff.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-depth interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings and proactively engage with passive candidates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate status, and hiring metrics to the HR team and hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with the negotiation of job offers, working closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A legal background a plus.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a legal staffing agency or in-house legal department.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and various legal roles and qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
