- Supervise and Lead: Manage the daily activities of the personal lines team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Training and Development: Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Customer Service: Oversee customer service interactions, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Policy Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements.
- Compliance: Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies, implementing necessary changes and updates.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field preferred.
- Licensing: Active insurance license in personal lines required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
