About this position: LMCU is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager who will be responsible for providing company services to Personal Lines clients. This position is responsible for working select accounts with or without direct assistance from the Production team.What you'll do:
  • Assist and educate clients on insurance coverages and/or exclusions, billing inquiries, and any other personal lines insurance questions.
  • Answer inbound calls through a phone queue.
  • Process policy changes/premium payments through the carrier websites and agency management systems.
  • Handle Underwriting requests in a timely manner.
  • Review and process policy renewals and remarkets.
  • Review non-renewals and/or cancellations to determine action needed to be taken.
  • Work closely with Producers and Sales team on new accounts and/or changes to existing accounts.
