Job Description:
Summary Provides support and assistance to CSR's in maintaining the appointed book of business, achieving growth and improving customer satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Daily production and delivery of:
    • Proof of insurance
    • ID Cards
    • Providing policy declaration pages to insured, CPA, mortgagee, etc.
  • Policy processing - compare policy received from insurance company to prior policy at renewal. Update EPIC as needed.
  • Quote coverage on various lines of personal insurance from insured information
  • Initiate change requests made to companies via EPIC & company website if available
  • Process endorsements, reinstatements, and renewal quotes in a timely manner
  • Produce and process policy cancellations timely
  • Process download daily
  • Review and process suspense activities daily
  • Assist with customer phone calls for non-coverage issues or questions
  • Complete and process company payments online and in EPIC for direct bill/sweep transactions
  • Assist CSR's and process mail as requested
  • Other duties and responsibilities not listed above as necessary to fulfill the role of a CSR Assistant
  • Punctuality and attendance is required to perform such duties.

Other Skills and Abilities Ability to learn personal insurance terminology and coverage forms. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of computer applications such as the Internet, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
