We are an independent, family-owned insurance agency in Orange County looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, friendly personal lines CSR to support our brokers in providing excellent customer service to our clients.
We are looking for a personal lines customer service rep to grow with our agency and support our clients in whatever insurance needs my arise.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist insureds with all aspects of the everyday needs of our valuable personal lines clients. The CSR will be working with a wide variety of insurance carriers and wholesalers securing new business policies, renewal review, policy changes and routine service
- Properly document and maintain the client database as required
- Recognize priority tasks and work with the brokers to see they are accomplished within the required timeframe
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of personal lines CSR experience in an agency
- Must hold a California Property/Casualty Insurance License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, with an emphasis on Excel
- Desire to continue in the insurance business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline-based environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Other key attributes:
- AMS360 Experience desired, but not required
- Willingness with work as a team with all staff members
- Ability to recognize sensitive and protected data and maintain client privacy
- Demonstrates flexibility in responding to work demands
- Punctual, dependable and trustworthy – daily attendance is critical
- Ability to speak Spanish is desired but not required.
Position is Full Time – Hours 8:30 – 5:00pm and 100% onsite
Annual Salary: $55,000+ per year depending upon experience, plus production bonus
