Job DescriptionLive-In PSA position is available to work 7 days on and 7 days off, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include:

Provide 24/7 care and support during 7-day shifts

Monitor and assist with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)

Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements

Maintain a clean and safe living environment

Assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals

Transport individuals to medical appointments and community activities using own transportation

Engage clients in recreational and social activities

Document daily observations and report any changes in client's condition

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members

Respond promptly to emergencies and implement appropriate safety measures

Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress

Assist with light housekeeping duties

Promote independence and encourage skill development in clients

Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Staff must be computer literate and have a strong commitment to working with the DD population.QualificationsMust have a valid driver license and love working with the DD population !Additional InformationBasic Job Requirements Applicants must submit to a criminal background check before a an offer is extended (Employer Paid).Other basic job requirements are as follows:

• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Tuberculosis Screening Test Results
• Physical
• CPR/First-Aid
• 1 year experience with developmentally disabled
• . Recent 7 year Motor Vehicle Report copy if hired
• High School Diploma or GED
