Fit Factory is looking for a Personal Trainer with Part-time or Full-time availability. An ideal candidate should have plenty experience working 1-on-1 with clients in a health club atmosphere.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform 45 and/or 60 minute Personal Training sessions with members using functional training as a base model for member exercise plans.Implement a comprehensive exercise plan for each client.Establish and maintain communication with clients to ensure client retention is high and client results are high.Must be available and maintain working during peak times (ex.
