We are interested in people who want to scale - we're about growth and impact, and we have a huge vision for what we can accomplish in healthcare.What We DoWe utilize a variety of modalities to help our clients achieve results, including- Chiropractic Care- Laser Light Therapy- Massage Therapy- Spinal Decompression Therapy- Functional Movement Therapy- Functional MedicineWe offer all these services at each location, in a holistic approach that achieves remarkable results for our clients.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a new member of our Functional Movement Team.It goes without saying that you must be a highly motivated trainer, and 100% committed to getting clients results.The baseline requirements are:- CPR Certified- Certified TrainerIt is preferred you have FMS certification, management experience, and corrective exercise experience.This is currently a 30-35 hours per week.What You Will Be DoingAs the Functional Movement Trainer, you will be responsible for:- Implementing effective protocols for patients- Addressing form, and guiding patients through their workouts- Customer service with our patients- Coordinating With Our Doctors (to ensure patient outcomes)- Tracking patient progressAdditionally, you will need to:- Have the ability to work in a team environment- Have a coachable attitude- Be committed to ongoing growth and development (not just technically as a trainer, but as a leader, business developer, and communicator)- Have a positive, can do attitude- Have the ability to follow directionsIf you're sharp, motivated, enjoy challenge, enjoy communicating and influence, and are passionate about training, then this may be the life-changing opportunity you've been searching for.Next StepsThe next step is to conduct an interview with us.
