Personal Trainer Position Responsibilities
- Designing customized programs to provide safe and effective training sessions to potential and current clients
- Tracking progress based on the client's desired results and making adjustments as needed
- Independently managing a schedule that includes active clients and prospective clients
- Building value and retaining clients through texts, emails, and phone calls
- Conducting complimentary sessions with members to openly discuss their fitness needs/goals, introduce them to unfamiliar equipment, and show them all the different opportunities O2 provides for them to achieve their goals
- Assisting and engaging with members on the fitness floor
- Hosting events, clinics, workshops, and/or promotional tables - enhancing the overall O2 experience while highlighting all of the things our Personal Training team has to offer
QualificationsEducation/Experience:
- Active Personal Training Certification or College Degree in a fitness-related field required (i.e. Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Sports Management, etc.)
- Current CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required
